Help with a store

They dont regularly put paper in gas pumps to get receipts and they say when they do they get jammed. Customers should not have to go in when using a debit card to get a receipt

Indifference towards my complaint

I ordered 2 qtacos and the young lady forgot to add the bacon. Reason I contacting is because I called the store to let them know and they acted like they didn't care. I think if they were called on there lack of caring it would do them some good. Stripes #9788

HEALTH CONCERN

I went into the STRIPES in Santo at 14000 US 281 12/2 around 6:35 a.m. I witnessed that nobody in the store had a face mask on including the ladies cooking food. The only one with a mask was the young lady at the register, when ask the lady that was making food where her mask was she told me not worry about it and to mind my business.

Extended wait time

Bay CIty,Texas Stripes Good Morning, I love going to the Stripes store in Bay City every morning as do my fellow workers who work out at the plant. The tacos are perfect to start our day. Easy to order and very friendly young man who prepares them quick and effiecient. HOWEVER, then we have to wait in the checkout line forever. Every morning its at least 10 people in line, mostly plant workers. Today I had ordered 3 tacos but walked out without them due to the long wait line. I felt bad for the boy that prepared them for me. Why is this happening Each and Every day, I dont see the quality of good customer service if people are having to wait to pay for their merchandise/food. I have informed my team that we will be now going to Speedy Stop until this matter gets resolved. Such a sad situation that a Highly respected company can not get the proper number of cashiers needed to solve this problem. I even asked the very sweet cashier to speak to a manager and she said that there is NO manager here,

User's recommendation: Keep respecting Stripes do to their excellent reputation, however do not go there before work due to only 1 cashier every morning. ( why cant there be a manager there to help in the mornings???).
